A mobile counselling services providing support to York Region residents. Issues include: Anger management, addictions, depression/anxiety, parenting supports, personal growth and family violence. RAP uses a harm-reduction, solution-focused approach to create effective and lasting changes. Ages from 12-99. Referrals from family members, employers, physicians, community agencies and individuals themselves.
